With a postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy, my approach approach combines integrative, person-centered, humanistic, and cognitive behavioral therapy, ensuring that our work together aligns with what feels right for you. With a postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy and additional qualifications in HR, coaching, and meditation, I bring a unique blend of experience from both therapeutic and workplace settings.

I have worked with clients with a broad range of issues including anxiety, low self esteem, depression, dealing with major life changes, loneliness, relationship issues, trauma, bullying, and career/ workplace issues.

In CBT, we work together to explore new ways of thinking that can help you feel more at ease and empowered in your daily life. Some of the skills we might practice include:

  • Gently identifying patterns in our thinking that might be adding stress or difficulty, and then learning to see them more clearly for what they are.
  • Understanding more about the behaviors and motivations of others, which can make relationships feel easier.
  • Building practical problem-solving skills to manage challenging situations with greater confidence.
  • Developing a stronger sense of belief in yourself and what you’re capable of.

CBT also includes steps to adjust behaviors that might be keeping you from feeling your best. Together, we might work on:

  • Facing fears at a pace that feels right for you, rather than avoiding them.
  • Preparing for conversations or interactions that feel tough.
  • Learning ways to quiet the mind and relax the body, bringing a sense of calm when it’s needed most.

I support these techniques with a humanistic, person centred approach, meaning my focus is on helping you feel understood, respected, and empowered as we work through life’s challenges together, finding practical tools and fresh perspectives to enrich your life.
