I have been in the caring profession since 1998 when I volunteered with Childline. I am an experienced accredited Psychotherapist who is passionate about creating a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, and compassionate space to support you to explore your unique needs in therapy.

I provide psychotherapy within the context of a therapeutic working alliance. This is achieved by first building trust and safety in our relationship.

I work from a core belief that our minds and bodies are deeply connected which requires treating the whole person. The impact of stress on the physical body is an important component to treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and more. To achieve this, I like to utilise a mix of traditional talk therapy along with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and Hakomi.

I have been on my own personal path of growth and awareness during which I have experienced first-hand how therapy can transform how we are within ourselves and in relationship with others.

I look forward to meeting you and working together to achieve your goals.
