This workshop invites you on a journey of inner peace and relaxation. Through long-held poses, this workshop encourages you to slow down, cultivate stillness, and release tension, both physically and mentally. As you surrender into each posture, the focus is on letting go of resistance, embracing mindfulness, and finding ease within the present moment. This practice nurtures balance, promotes flexibility, and fosters a deep sense of calm and surrender, offering a perfect counterbalance to the stresses of everyday life.
