Meet Emma McCormack
Emma is a fully accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has worked for over 13 years with adults and adolescents in private practice and in schools.
Her philosophy of counselling is based on building up a relationship with her client to support them to live their best life. Emma’s approach is client centred, collaborative and non judgemental. Emma utilities a range of tools and techniques such a relational Gestalt, CBT and person centred therapy to support her clients.
Emma’s area of expertise is working with adolescents and their families. She enjoys working with and supporting young people in what can be a challenging and exciting time in their lives. Emma has recently qualified as a clinical supervisor.
In her spare time Emma enjoys travelling, hiking and being out in nature.
