Adolescent Therapy

Helping teenagers feel heard and supported.

Adolescence can bring intense pressure around identity, peers, school, and family. Therapy for young people aged 12+ provides a safe and relatable space to talk openly, manage emotions, and develop coping strategies. Sessions support self-esteem, resilience, and healthy relationships, helping teens navigate challenges and build a stronger foundation for adulthood.

When we’re supporting someone under 18, we may need to collect some personal information from both the young person and their parent or legal guardian. We only ever collect what’s needed to arrange and provide their care, and to meet our safeguarding, professional and legal responsibilities – nothing more.

What a young person shares in their sessions is treated as confidential. The only exceptions are the situations any responsible service has to plan for: where there’s a safeguarding concern, a risk of harm, or a legal obligation to act.

Benefits:

Disclaimer

For clients under 18, appropriate parent or legal guardian consent is required before therapy begins. Confidentiality and its limits will be explained to both the young person and their parent or guardian. Information may need to be shared where required for safeguarding, legal or professional reasons.

Please see our full disclaimer for more details.
