Meet Hazel Keating

Hazel is a qualified psychotherapist who offers a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences at their own pace.

She specialises in trauma-informed therapy and has completed advanced training in Human Givens therapy, including Rewind Therapy for trauma.  Hazel also holds a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrating practical approaches into her work. 

Hazel believes that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing when they feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

Areas of Practice: Trauma and PTSD, Addiction and recovery, Anxiety and stress, Depression and low mood, Self-esteem and identity, Emotional regulation and coping skills

Client Age Groups: Adult 18+

Availability: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday morning
