Meet Elaine Foster
Elaine provides a safe, calm and confidential space where she works collaboratively and empathically with clients to explore their presenting issues.
Elaine believes that the personal process of therapy which brings each individual’s unique experiences, relationships and circumstances, creates an opportunity to explore what is happening in their lives with compassion, understanding and without judgement.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, Elaine draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic, Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT) and Reality Therapy. She integrates these approaches and tailors her work to each individual’s needs, experiences and goals.
Elaine’s collaborative approach supports clients to develop greater self-awareness, understand patterns in their lives and relationships, and explore meaningful ways of moving forward.
Elaine has a particular interest in working with anxiety disorders, as well as supporting individuals affected by addiction.
