Meet Sarah Mann

Sarah’s approach is integrative and person-centred, which means the work will be shaped around your story, your pace and your needs. She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches to support you and create space for reflection, understanding and clarity.

Sarah is an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist who offers a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can explore what is happening in your life and feel genuinely heard and understood.
With over 30 years’ nursing experience supporting children and adults with intellectual disabilities and complex needs, Sarah brings an informed and compassionate understanding of neurodivergence. She takes time to understand you as a whole person – recognising your strengths, your ways of communicating and the unique way you experience the world.

Whatever you are experiencing, it may bring anxiety, stress, low mood, burnout or a sense of feeling overwhelmed. You do not have to navigate change, uncertainty or overwhelm on your own. Therapy offers you a place to pause, make sense of what is happening and reconnect with yourself as you consider what comes next.
Outside of her work Sarah finds balance through time with family, friends and her two dogs, and she loves music and live concerts which bring energy and joy to her life.
