Meet Liz Kenyon

The combination of knowing and accepting yourself (warts and all) in a world that doesn’t always ‘get you’, along with the ability accept your reality, no matter how much you wish it was different, are universal struggles for us all, one way or another.

For Liz, therapy is a way to navigate through this wilderness; to sit and connect with someone who feels emotionally safe, and talk through your difficulties without the fear of judgement can be a liberating and enlightening experience, which can bring about change and growth.

As a therapist, this is what Liz aims to provide for her clients. By connecting with her innate warmth, empathy and intuition, leaning into her life experience and drawing upon a range of tools, techniques and therapeutic modalities, such as Person-Centred Therapy, CBT and Self-Compassion, Liz will work to help you –

  • Identify and explore your issues
  • Process the difficult emotions which they invoke
  • Reframe and widen your perspective
  • Help you change what you can and accept what you can’t and nurture self-compassion and acceptance.

Areas of Practice:  Anxiety and depression, Neurodivergence (autism, ADHD and high-sensitivity), Low self-esteem, People-pleasing and co-dependency, Family and relationship issues, Narcissistic abuse, Alcohol related difficulties

Client Age Groups: Adults 18+

Availability: Tuesday & Wednesday
