Meet Maeve Kavanagh

Maeve uses cognitive behavioural therapy to create meaningful goals for treatment. The client outlines their priorities, and together they focus on how best to move forward with more choice and autonomy in their lives.

Maeve’s approach is warm, practical and relaxed. She likes to use simple skills and tools to facilitate long-lasting, positive change.

Maeve creates a safe space for you to tell your story your way. Her focus is always on improving the relationship you have with yourself by building greater self-awareness through the lens of self-compassion. Meet yourself where you are to discover where you would like to be.

Working with parts of yourself that feel overburdened and overlooked helps you find your voice and use it to be your own best advocate.

Maeve will facilitate and encourage you to feel seen, heard, understood and supported. If nothing changes, nothing changes.
