Meet Veronica King

With over 10 years of experience, Veronica has worked with individuals from all walks of life, supporting them through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and many other struggles.

Veronica understands that our past experiences, relationships, cultural backgrounds, and personal beliefs shape who we are, and that healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Because of this, she takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various modalities, including humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment theory, and solution-focused therapy. This allows her to tailor our work together to best meet your unique needs and goals.

Through compassionate exploration, you can bring awareness to the underlying factors influencing your life, allowing you to make conscious choices that align with your values and aspirations. Together, you and Veronica can develop strategies to help you manage difficult emotions, improve communication in your relationships, and cultivate self-compassion.
