Meet Eve Carroll
With a diverse experience in social care and mental health, Eve brings a deep understanding of the complex challenges people face in their personal lives. Eve holds a Level 8 degree in Social Care Practice and has spent the last 10 years working across a variety of settings—including addiction and homeless services, adolescent mental health groups, and under-18s residential care. These roles have shaped a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that centres on meeting people where they are in life.
Eve holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Counselling with CBT, and since 2022, she has been practicing as a CBT therapist and counsellor. Eve is currently a Pre-Accredited Counsellor/CBT Therapist, offering both structured cognitive-behavioural strategies and the empathetic, person-centred support essential for lasting growth.
Eve offers a warm, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Eve’s approach is person-centred, which means she will meet you where you’re at, and go at your pace. Eve blends counselling with CBT to help you understand your thoughts, manage overwhelming emotions, and feel more in control of your life.
