Meet Angela Ennis

Angela is a Career Guidance Counsellor who takes a holistic approach to both career and personal development. With over 30 years of professional experience in industry as a Managing Director and HR Director, she has worked extensively in recruitment, career progression, apprenticeships, graduate programme training, and mentoring – bringing real-world industry experience to career guidance.

Passionate about empowering individuals to discover their unique strengths and abilities, Angela helps clients build the knowledge and self-awareness needed to make confident, independent decisions about their future. Her methods include psychometric testing and skills development, always tailored to align each person’s occupational strengths with their personality and interests.

Angela believes that everyone has a unique combination of talents, and the key is uncovering how to use them to create meaningful career and life choices. A strong advocate for lifelong learning,  her own journey of academic study throughout her career while mentoring others in both educational and professional settings.
