Catherine is a relational, person-centred, humanistic psychotherapist with 7 years experience working therapeutically with clients.
Catherine has specialised skills to work with the unique developmental challenges and therapeutic needs of emerging adult clients aged between 18 & mid-to-late 20s. Her approach is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-sensitive.
Integrating creative methodologies such as expressive arts and sand tray therapy, drawing on neuroscience, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems and short-term therapeutic interventions, Catherine offers a holistic approach to whole-person healing & growth.
She holds the belief that each person possesses an innate ability to heal, grow, live a meaningful life, and to achieve their fullest potential.
Catherine provides a warm, collaborative, safe and protected space in which clients can dive deep into their experience of themselves, their relationships and their world. Working together to unpack experiences and explore patterns will help catalyse and nurture lasting change.
