As an integrative Psychotherapist, Elaine approaches healing with a holistic mindset, combining evidence-based practices from various therapeutic modalities to address the mind, body, and spirit. Elaine believes that everyone is unique, and she tailor’s her therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs, strengths, and goals of her clients. She is passionate about supporting clients in finding their inner strength, building resilience, and fostering lasting change.

By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, she encourages open dialogue, self-exploration, and empowerment to help you navigate life’s challenges and create a path toward healing and growth.  Whether you’re seeking relief from past trauma, coping with current life stressors, or working toward personal transformation, Elaine is committed to walking with you on your journey to well-being.
