Holly offers a safe, confidential and supportive space where clients can feel genuinely seen, heard and understood. She works from a person-centred and psychodynamic approach, gently exploring each client’s unique story while building the trust and connection needed for meaningful change. Holly supports clients in uncovering unconscious patterns that may be holding them back, helping them move towards living more freely and authentically.

With additional training in CBT-E, Holly supports people experiencing disordered eating and body image difficulties, approaching this work with empathy and respect. She believes in therapy as a collaborative journey, empowering clients to uncover their strengths, develop resilience, and create new ways of relating to themselves and others.

At the core of Holly’s work is the belief that everyone has the capacity to live a more authentic, fulfilling life; and she is committed to walking alongside her clients as they find their own path forward.
