Meet Jane Palmour

Jane draws upon a wide range of approaches in her work – Her training in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Trauma processing have helped her develop an integrative style of working that allows her to help a broad range of clients. Jane’s flexible approach helps develop awareness so that people can adapt to life’s challenges and recognise possibilities in their lives.

For Jane, understanding how our thoughts, behaviours, feelings and body interact coupled with uncovering the origins of what drives our problematic behaviours and thinking styles can allow us bring in coping strategies that can last way beyond the counselling room resulting in real and lasting change. 

Jane has recently accepted an exciting new position as lecturer at PCI college on the counselling certificate programme.

Areas of Practice: Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, Trauma (including complex trauma from childhood), Low self-esteem resulting from Narcissistic relationships, Anxiety, OCD, Grief and Loss

Client Age Groups: Adults 18+

Availability: Friday & Saturday morning
