Meet Jenny Byrne

Jenny Byrne is a highly experienced Clinical Psychotherapist with over 20 years of professional practice supporting both youths and adults. Her background spans psychotherapy, addiction services, social care, and child protection, giving her a deep understanding of complex human experiences and systemic challenges. Jenny integrates a humanistic and integrative approach, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s individual needs through a variety of evidence-based methodologies. She has a particular interest in addiction, trauma, and relational dynamics, working collaboratively to foster growth and resilience.

Jenny’s dynamic and creative approach reflects her commitment to meeting each client where they are. Alongside her clinical practice, she also has experience integrating a therapeutic support dog into her work, enhancing emotional connection and safety when appropriate. Compassionate, grounded, and client-centred, Jenny provides a supportive space for healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.
