Meet Kasha Skoczen

Kasha holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology and Wellbeing from Dublin City University (DCU). Her thesis was conducted on Disordered Eating in Athletes. This thesis was an expansion of her first thesis in her undergraduate program. Kasha graduated with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in psychology from National College of Ireland, completing her thesis on Eating Habits in Athletes. Followed by extensive training in Assessments in the area of Cognitive, ADHD and Autism, for all age groups (children, adolescents and adults). She has over five years’ experience working with clients.

Kasha holds a Practitioner Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from IICP College. Kasha also is a qualified Couples Counsellor, holding her practitioner’s certificate from PCI College. She completed an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the ICHI, which she incorporates to her therapy methods.
