Meet Melanie Callaghan

Melanie Callaghan BSc (Hons) is an integrative psychotherapist specialising in a variety of therapeutic techniques to identify the most effective way to support your unique needs. Examples include using CBT techniques for anxiety or understanding how our past trauma impact our present.  However, Melanie will adapt various techniques that are tailored to your individual needs.

Melanie believes that a collaborative therapeutic relationship is a catalyst for change.  Working together, listening empathically and fostering compassion can lead to meaningful change for the individual.

So, whether you are addressing past trauma or current challenges, Melanie will provide you with a safe, confidential, non-judgemental comfortable space. Be assured that the sessions will be at a pace that suits you.

Melanie works with couples and individuals.

Areas of Practice: Anxiety, Bereavement and Loss, Trauma, Depression/Low mood, Relationships, Stress.
