Meet Michelle Keogh
Michelle is an experienced Psychotherapist with over six years in practice. She strongly believes that therapy can only be effective when clients feel safe, can place their full trust in their therapist, and experience their therapist as genuine and authentic.
She is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), Garda vetted, and child protection certified. Her practice is fully registered, insured with PPS Insurance, and she receives regular supervision from an IACP-accredited Supervisor.
Michelle holds an honours degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, validated by QQI at Level 8 on the NFQ and professionally accredited by the IACP. Alongside her academic training, her rich life experiences have deeply influenced the therapist she has become. This integration of theory, skills, and personal insight allows her to offer clients a well-rounded and supportive therapeutic approach.
While her core focus is person-centred existential psychotherapy, Michelle tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs. She also has particular strength and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
