Meet Sandra Brady, MIACP
Sandra began her career in the caring profession in 1998, volunteering with Childline. Since then, she has gained extensive experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges. As an accredited Psychotherapist, Sandra is passionate about providing a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can explore your unique needs at your own pace
Her approach is rooted in building a strong therapeutic alliance, where trust and safety are at the heart of your work together. She believes deeply in the connection between mind and body, and the importance of treating the whole person. The impact of stress on the body is central to understanding and healing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and other emotional difficulties.
To support this process, Sandra integrates traditional talk therapy with approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and Hakomi.
Having walked her own path of personal growth and self-awareness, she has experienced first-hand how therapy can profoundly transform how we relate to ourselves and others.
Sandra looks forward to meeting you and working together to support your healing and growth.
