Vanessa greets each client with kindness, acceptance, curiosity, and respect, as she believes that the therapeutic alliance is essential to the healing process. By employing a person-centred approach—such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness—she offers a secure, safe, and compassionate space where clients can explore life experiences, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and discover more fulfilling ways of living.

Vanessa is committed to continued personal and professional development, regularly engaging with supervision and further training, believing that her own development as a therapist reflects the growth she encourages in her clients.
